Supplements are one of the most active categories in outpatient medicine — and one of the most fragmented, with practices often sourcing from whichever supplier they came across first. Many would rather have one place to source, plus software that actually fits how the practice runs. That’s what we’re building.

We bring together a catalog from licensed compounding pharmacies and the platform a practice runs on, and connect practices with partners for the parts of the business that aren’t the product. Sourcing, clinical, and purchasing decisions stay with each practice and its licensed providers.

Is this employment or 1099? +

Independent 1099. You’re a sales partner, not a Plya Med employee. You set your own schedule and we don’t require exclusivity within non-competing categories.

Do I need a medical background? +

Not strictly. What matters is your ability to credibly sell into medical practices. Reps from medical device, aesthetics, supplements, sports nutrition, and recovery have all onboarded successfully.

What does training look like? +

A structured 2–3 week onboarding covering the lines, the suppliers we work with, the compliance landscape, and the order workflow. After that you have ongoing access to a rep manager.

What’s the territory model? +

We don’t assign exclusive geographic territories. Reps work the practices and networks they have access to. Where two reps would overlap, we handle it case by case — usually amicably, because the practice picks who they prefer.

How long until I’m earning? +

It depends on your existing network. Reps with warm practice relationships often place orders within their first month; reps building cold from zero should plan a longer runway.
